this a video tutorial to make a gimped electrify text effect.

Nice, isn’t it. I am sure you can find better tutorial but here is a based tutorial. For example, after done this picture you could work on thunder color to add more blue.

The main idea is to use wind filter into gimp to do this effect. We rotate picture by 90° to apply wind filter effect up and down.

I am happy with this new version. The new admin interfaces is pretty. I did not find all the repairs which I got in the previous version. The update was easy to done and all my plugins was compatible so I had got no problem for updating.

And the most important it is possible to update plugin by on click ! And this is very useful…
